Gemma .

I think it's great you are performing with your choir. As a fellow performer, I can honestly completely understand where you're coming from. I'm in a show right now and the rehearsals, none of us can remember our blocking and the music for the show is extremely hard.
I think you could really use this as an opportunity to be an encouragement to your choir and your friends. Build them up and let them know that you are more than capable of doing this. Perhaps you're worried because of lack of confidence. Also, think of this, people tend to do better in the actual performance than they do in the rehearsals because they know there's something at stake. You'd be surprised.
Also, for your solo...(oh my goodness that's so exciting!!!)...you're going to do great. I bet you have a great voice and I wish I could hear it. Be confident, okay? DON'T image the audience in their underwear haha. No but seriously, if you let the rest of the world disappear and focus on the words that you're singing, it will help you to focus on the song.
Remember, the stage is your friend.
I hope that I'm of some help to you. If the performance doesn't go well, remember that this doesn't make you any less of a successful performer. If you give it your all, then you're succeeding.
Break all the legs, my friend!
