MSA, Chapter 3: Reese Jeraldin
Zielle S.

"Hi, Reese! Nice to meet you. I'm Janet. Jenni's twin!" Janet held out her hand.

I shook in return.

I glanced around at the three girls. Jennifer was the nervous type, boy, I could tell.
"SoI was watching you sing, Eliza, you were amazing! You too, Janet and Jenni." I grinned.

"Are you nervous?" Janet asked me.

"Actually, no." I had to admit I was shaking from head to toes when I stepped up there. But now, I had actually gained confidence.

As we entered, children were all around. I noticed a boy, freckles and all, sitting all alone in a corner.
I looked at all the other kids. "Eliza," I began. "Do you know him?" I asked.

"Oh him? That's Mickey Barker. I've tried to talk to him, but he's just too shy. Wanna have a go, Reese?" Eliza nudged me.

I approached him. "Hi! You're Mickey Barker, right? I didn't get too see your audition."

He looked up. I guess he didn't want to talk, because he just smiled.

"Are you ok?"

"S-sure." He stuttered, standing up.

"Good. What did you sing?

Eliza walked up with Jenni and Janet. "Why don't you come and join us?" She motioned to all the other kids.

He was a nice kid. I just hoped he didn't feel uncomfortable with a bunch of girls.

I liked it here already. Mickey hesitantly stood up. "Ok. I guess it would be ok."

Kyla, wanna have a go?
