Long ago, there was a beautiful peaceful woods, and everyone loved to go there.
But, one day, the woods disappeared. No one knows how, where it went, or if it even took place.
Then generations from the disappearing, people just called it a legend, and no one believed in it anymore. It was just plum forgotten.
It all began one sunny day, as I was lounging lazily, engaged in a book, the book they called, "The Legend of The Lost Woods."
"The pages turned sharply, and my eyes read on. Page after page turned, when suddenly; "Hi Ree!"
I slammed my book down and leaped up. "What!?" I yelled angrily.
A rosy cheeked eight year old boy bounded into my room, slamming the door behind him.
I calmed down. "Sorry." I grinned sheepishly.
"I know, I know, you're just engrossted-enbossted, whatever, in that silly legend book." Dave leaped on my bed and let the book fall on the floor.
"It's not silly-and it's engrossed. And yes, I was. So please, what were you gonna say?" I half lifted half dragged him of my bed and nudged him out of my room, shutting the door behind me.
"Oh-yeah. Uhm uh-" He twisted his face into funny pictures.
I stifled a laugh.
"Yeah…Uhm- come look at my new cubby I built!" He cried, pulling me out the door.
"I'm not staying, kay?" I groaned. My reading time would probably never be proper.
