I had a vision I was walking along the beach,
Lonely and depressed,
There was nothing in the world for me,
I was completely alone,
I saw a figure coming towards me,
He was dressed in purple and smiling warmly,
I tried to ignore Him as a passerby,
But my eyes betrayed me and my glance shook upon Him,
He came closer and I couldn't resist,
My legs walked faster and I ran into His arms,
It was You,
Jesus,
You held me and seemed to say,
''I will always be there for you,
You can always count on me,
I will never let you die,
You will always be mine,
I will always be yours,
Our love will never cease.''
I hugged You tight and we walked a little farther,
I was glad I didn't ignore You,
You will never leave me,
I will never stop believing in You,
My faith will never cease,
We got up on the deck and sat down together,
Looking out on the pretty sea,
It was lovely with You,
And then You looked at me,
And you said to me,
''I will always be there for you,
And all your family and friends,
There is no doubt about it,
Your life will never end,
It's not a question if I really love You,
'Cause its so true,
And one of my favorite things,
Is being with You.''
Night dawned and we headed back,
I was tired but You stayed awake,
I settled down but You took me in Your arms,
I'm not depressed or lonely now,
And I'm not alone,
I'm right here with You,
In my happy home,
And as I dropped off to sleep,
I heard You say,
''I will always be there for you,
So there is a way,
You will never feel abandoned,
We can even dance and play,
I will always be there to help you,
Get through the roughest times,
You can always look to me,
When you're about to cry.''
I love you, Jesus. And I think everyone on here does.
BTW, Faithwriters, I guess I can't be sure, but the verses when Jesus is talking, I actually heard all of those in my head, so their possibly from Jesus for real. Anyway, even if not, He still says this to you maybe when you're not listening.
