Run Away Part 2
*~Koko Down Under~*

I dared not to look back, in fear of ceasing my rash move.
I stepped into the dark forest, the trees, were as if they were stuck together, they were so close! Breathing hard, I tried to calm my shattering heart as I trudged on, deeper and deeper into the foggy nighttime air.
After an hour, I shivered, sighting the run down cabin. Originally, it was silver, with blue trimming, but the peeled paint uncovered mistakes and its real colour, red. A window was broken and the door had a chunk missing.
I cautiously put my foot onto the fist step, thanking God it held my weight. Continuing up, I reached the door and knocked.
It opened and someone harshly pulled me in and knocked me out.

Two hour later, I awoke, snapping my eyes open. My backpack was on the floor nearby, and I was on the table, lying down. Suddenly a surprising light flooded into my eyes, later I realized was a lamp, and I squinted, realizing four people were surrounding me. Two men and two women, stared at me, expecting me to say something.
“What do you want with me?!” I yelled, sounding much more courageous than I really felt.
“We want the map.” A tall woman said, her lips smothered with red lipstick. Partnering with her dead pale face and blonde straightened hair, she was like a living nightmare, chilling your heart.
“What map?” I asked, furrowing my eyebrows.
“You know what we mean?!” One of the men said. He had thick curly brown hair, cut short, and was wearing a blue t-shirt.
“I actually don’t, and if you’d kindly let me go I’ll be on my way back ho…”
They all jumped at me, pinning me back down onto the hard table.
One of the girls, with thick brown hair and that no-nonsense look sneered at me.
“One wrong move missy, and your dead meat.”
I squirmed within the grasp of the four, but obviously to no avail.
“Who are you?” I yelled.
“My name is Melissa, and this is Lance, John, and Nancy.” The brunette replied. “And you, Chantel, better speak up, or you’ll never leave alive. Where’s. The. Map.” She demanded, pushing down on my right arm. Shutting my eyes, I tried not to let out the pain was near to unbearable. The others pushed down on my ankles and other arms also, and pretty soon I squeezed out a tear. Silently lecturing myself, Melissa kept pushing. Was this torture or something? I didn’t even know what map they were talking about!!
“Mel, not too hard!” John said, his sandy blonde hair covering his creased forehead.
“Why? The little brat isn’t cooperating!”
John completely stopped pushing, eyeing Melissa. “Stop it!”
The skin where she was leaning her full weight on was yellow white, my lower arm numb.
“Stop Mel, listen to him.” Lance said, letting go also. I felt Nancy loosening a little.
By now, I was crying, breathing hard.
‘Jesus, help me!’ I prayed silently. Opening my eyes, tears escaping, Melissa had know look alerting me she was going to stop. Her beady eyes told me she was just starting.............................
